Tracking Notifications

Tracking numbers are generated and transmitted via email within 24 hours of package dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier status updates to register.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wave Wear is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by carriers. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact your local USPS facility.
